Valani Core is our all-day comfort insole, best for general standing and walking fatigue. Valani Elevate is built for flat feet and arch support. Valani Restore is designed for plantar fasciitis and heel pain. Each also has a Reserve version with a carbon fiber support plate for people who need more structure than foam alone.
What's the difference between the standard and Reserve line?
The standard line (Core, Elevate, Restore) uses premium foam cushioning. The Reserve line adds a carbon fiber plate for firmer, more structured support — built for people whose standard insoles haven't fully solved the problem.
What is the Foot Foundation System?
It's a free guided program included with every insole order — a series of simple daily stretches and routines delivered by email, designed to work alongside your insoles. No equipment needed.
How long do the insoles last?
With regular daily wear, Valani insoles are built to hold their support for months of everyday use. We recommend checking for visible wear and replacing them if cushioning feels flattened.
Will these fit my shoes?
Valani insoles are designed to fit most standard closed-toe shoes, including sneakers, work shoes, and boots. Trim-to-fit sizing guidance is included with your order.
